We love “O” Vinegars, though if you have a favorite, feel free to use any red wine vinegar in this recipe.
1/4 cup “O Vinegar” Cabernet
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt (Diamond Crystal)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black pepper
1 Tablespoon Fresh basil, minced
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1. Mix together all ingredients, taste to check seasoning, and reserve.
