Simply Good Kitchen’s Red Wine Vinaigrette

Note that we love “O” Vinegar — however, if you have a favorite, feel free to use any red wine vinegar in this recipe.


  • 1/4 Cup “O Vinegar” Cabernet
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt (Diamond Crystal)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced


  1. Mix together all ingredients, taste to check to season, and reserve.
